Your Personal Data Processed Through Cameras
In order to ensure building security, image recording is automatically performed 24/7 through security cameras located in our factory area, service buildings, offices, entrance doors, warehouses, building exteriors, cafeteria, visitor waiting room, parking lot and floor corridors, and the recording process is supervised by security personnel through the supplier company that processes the data.
Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data
The reasons for processing data and legal reasons for security cameras can be listed as follows:
Personal data is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations as stated in Article 5 of Law No. 6698;
Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller;
It is processed automatically based on purposes and legal reasons such as occupational health and safety OHS legislation.
Transfer of Personal Data
The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies, authorized OHS experts and OSGB companies and other legal institutions upon request for the resolution of legal disputes or as required by the relevant legislation. Security camera footage can be shared with companies renting warehouses in our facilities and is transferred to companies in our facilities in a measured and limited manner in accordance with the purpose within the scope of OHS when necessary.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
You can notify the Data Controller Beks Çorap ve İç Giyim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. about your requests regarding the processing, transfer, updating, seeking, destruction and anonymization of personal data within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject. The institution will respond to these requests as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
The processed personal data will be processed in accordance with the relevant legislation and destroyed within the legal periods. The updates in this disclosure text will also be announced to the parties through this platform.
